Personally, I never had a problem with him or his topics. And he was always nice to me when he did say something, which wasnt often He was nicer than plenty of people on this board and the whole site on general, tbh

He did a long time ago. Like months and months.

He did this because he threw a big hissy fit over a moderation, and claimed he was moderated for insulting alt right people. Like 4 mods came into the topic and said that wasnt what he was told in the mod notes and wasnt even close to why.

You're jumping to a lot of conclusions if you think I'm saying duckbear is a worse person than open racists and transphobes. But people generally don't talk about how they miss people's racism like they make topics every month praising a guy who was unquestionably a troll

Again, we've had people say that calling a black man the N word right after killing him for no reason was justified, transphobes , people that supported the Jan.6 riots and so on, but Duckbear asking if a "heifer" is hot is the line?!?

Who has been saying that they "hate" him? People here are making a bunch of valid critiques and it's the defenders who are concluding that this is "hating"

What is it that people even miss about him? I guess some of his quirks were amusing but I always felt like we were laughing at him, not with him. He like barely interacted directly with anyone either, I have no idea what his personality is outside of an apparent love of sensationalism

That said, I did like a bunch of his topics not too long ago that were just asking us random things. Like which character out of the 10 wasnt Capcom and the stuff like that. It was kind of fun
