My wife and I are trying to get pregnant again through intrauterine insemination. Did the trigger shot last night to induce ovulation tomorrow morning and I have to bring my sample to the clinic at like 6:30am

I've been taking lots of vitamins and drinking water and being generally healthy the past few weeks, hopefully that gives me some strong swimmers >_>

Then we get to wait an agonizing two weeks before taking a pregnancy test and if it's negative start the whole process over again T_T

I always get paranoid doing this, like theyre gonna call saying my sperm count is zero or I didnt give them enough. Doesnt help that the cup they give you is the big urine sample cup so it makes it look like a small semen sample lol

The clinic is actually under construction so I had to do it at home and bring it to them, they reserve the one completed room for people that are from out of town. But when we did this last year they had all sorts of porn in the collection rooms. DVDs, magazines, etc. I just used my phone though lol

I was nervous as hell because I started taking lexapro for anxiety earlier this year and decided to google if it has any known side effects for fertility and got a bunch of articles and reddit posts talking about how it brought people's sperm count to zero (just temporarily though, once they got off it they went back to normal within a month or two but I kinda need this shit for the anxiety). Called the doctor last week and she said there aren't enough big studies to confirm if it's actually a bad thing to take and she's had plenty of patients on it who were fine.

Still felt paranoid until my wife told me the good news
