If you gave a speech you were passionate about and then got hundreds of hatemail continuously ever since, including being spammed with claims you killed a company by saying what you believed while they supported you, do you just maaaaybe think you might take it personally?

I saw the video recently and I'm not actually sure what she said that was wrong. She complained about people commenting on her not being as attractive as the other female hosts and about people shitting on her for opinions from the same people writing scripts for Adam.

If you weren't a part of those two audiences then you could have felt free to disregard. If enough people felt personally called out that it tanked the whole network I'd say there were bigger problems.

Video games are more of a younger crowd thing.

The younger crowd prefers not watching TV and more or less streaming.

She was right, but Gamers don't want to hear anything an "unattractive" woman says, especially if she's critiquing them.
