I think the olives taste good when you pair them with feta and prosciutto

I never cared for the black olives with anything. Pineapple, at least, can be added with certain other ingredients to make it good.

I literally put them on every frozen pizza i cook.

While both are fruit, olives pair better with most other ingredients than pineapple

I will give credit for pineapple pairing with ham beautifully, but that's where it end

I can eat a pizza that had olives on it, but Ill pick them off. I dont like their direct flavor but what they leave behind is acceptable.

Pineapple is okay. I just dont like the texture. I had a pineapple and pepperoni pizza recently after everyone got mad at Stranger Things. Lol

I do not like olives. They are too salty.

Black olives are pretty boring, so take it or leave it. Kalamata olives are really good though, obviously delicious on a Mediterranean style pizza.

Anchovies...meh. Funny, because I usually like little oily salty things. The couple of times I tried them though, they were just way too salty.

Pineapple on pizza is an affront to all human and animal kind.

And I think anchovies are underrated. People used to freak out because they used to be served whole since the bones are so soft you can eat them, but nowadays they are filleted and honestly are no different then most other fish. Hell, before tomato sauce and cheese, anchovies were one of the first ingredients on pizza, so if you don't think they belong then you probably don't think cheese and sauce belong either.

I don't hate pineapple on pizza, I just pick it off to eat it separate and I think it does add a bit sweetness

I feel like black olives are all the same and cheap as hell. I'd guess maybe certain places either strain them from the liquid vs keeping them in some of the liquid?

some are better than others, not sure about on pizza.

Unico black olives indeed are like tire rubber. for some reason they're dry, hard, and tasteless.

Primo black olives are much better, soft, oily, and tasty.

This. I get whole kalamatas with spicy sausage on my pizza, and it's delicious.

Black olives are good, but there are better things to put on pizza. And if you do get black olives, get the ones without the black dye. Black olives are actually dark brown...and they taste better that way.

Pineapple, as everyone sane knows, does not belong on pizza. Does anyone eat pasta with red sauce, cheese, and pineapple? ...no? Case closed.
