They were working the same 9 to 5 for two different companies AT THE SAME TIME. This isn't some situation where they were punching off the clock and working a second job to help pay the bills. These are engineers making 130-140k that were trying to double their income by "working" for another company during the same hours they were suppose to work for the other. It what fucking world do you expect that to be allowed? This. I think CEO's are scummy too. But firing these two makes perfect sense. Working two jobs at the same time means they were probably not pulling their weight.
