They were looking for someone and I was in the area and it was after dark. Was cleared up easily enough. Inconvenient but they absolutely had to do what they had to do. 1st time was dumb though. Some pearl clutching concerned citizen at a CVS thought I was "messing with a random parked car" because I had been standing on the sidewalk near parked cars while having stopped to catch pokemon for like 1-2 minutes. It was broad daylight in the center of town on a friday in late spring when there were over 100 witnesses in eyesight of me, so I dunno what some actual criminal in my position would have thought they could get away with. In both cases, I told the cops everything they could possible not want to know about pokemon go just to be passive aggressive. In general they are pretty chill here.
