The part where it's "natural" for invading forced to get along. The crux of your joke just isn't true, the consistency of those alliences have, historically, not been super solid, nor more frequent than neutrality or hostility.

Again, my initial comment was broad. "It's only natural colonizing and invading forces have each others backs" claims that invaders side with invaders. I'm not saying that the US and UK have always aligned everywhere. I didn't say we naturally side with each other. Just that asshole countries are likely to understand, and side with other asshole countries.

They don't have to agree. The US lets the UK do what the UK does without much, if any, condemnation. The UK lets the US do what we have done without much, if any, condemnation. Why? Because it would be calling the kettle black.
