i've no idea of anyone's meta here. i'm basing how i'm reading people off my experience on EM where scum would typically try to hide in the margins and give occasional interjections but usually wouldn't try to lead discussion. in particular on this day 1 where the entire day phase has been consumed in controversy around the two claims my expectation is scum are going to spend most of their time talking about that stuff to appear productive while not actually trying to develop reads on other people

To be fair to MZero, living in the Japan timezone limits how much he can talk in the first place.

I think it's usually pretty obvious when MZero is scum, from the few games I've played with him. The one game he rolled town, scum got so scared he shot him Night 1 lol

meh the thing is i'm going to work from the bottom up, so to speak. i doubt all 3 of the people i named are the team because games are rarely that easy but i'm going to look for the most obvious scum first and then narrow down the harder to find scum based on associations and mechanical info etc. i'm probably not gonna vote someone day 1 because they could be playing a good scum game etc etc

if you're town just play normally and give reads on people and i should be able to figure it out eventually

Because scum knows I'm a bad luck charm for town if I'm kept alive to the final day. Again, town has never won a single game as long as I'm alive, and in two of those games, I was directly responsible for costing us the game.

Me being a completely non-threatening role just means that I'm either gonna be kept around as a mislynch target or as easy manipulation to secure scum victory on the final day.

People say I'm a good player, but the only thing I'm good at is standing my ground even when everyone else thinks I'm scum.

There is a lot of people who likely cannot be scum with Kirby which could bode well for Kirby being town.

Read day 2 perhaps? I was working through who is likely town based on assuming Kirby was town, mafia knew it, and the reactions on Kirby.

Embrace it. The interactions surrounding the low-hanging fruit are worth more than the fruits themselves.

Yes, that includes me, but getting jumped on Day 1 and eventually proving myself townie has been a staple of the past couple of games I've been in.

Yet the interactions are valuable. The interactions I had with Ben last game that proved me innocent was one of the reasons Plum didn't try to move a lynch on me and instead tried to earn my favor in order to use me to secure the scum victory.
