I uninstalled D4DJ: Groovy Mix again, but picked up WIXOSS Multiverse since the last topic started. So I'm still at 3 gacha games right now.

Maybe I'll play MK one of these days. I actually really enjoyed the beta version of the game where the gacha wasn't too big on the game.

I have to wonder what the monetization strat even is though. As much as people love shitting on them for this and that, they are at least one of the few willing to lose some revenue for protecting the kids and all that

I guess Bloom Dance also makes sense (kinda) considering the end of UB animation.

Bond 5. Haven't been able to fit her into my 6 Drop lottery farming team so I've been bond farming 4 stars instead. Up to 391 boxes. Max bonded Herc, Nursery, Charlotte, Castoria. Though if I put Mash in I have room for S Abi.

Ah. I'm just 6-8 turning and farming the level 80 node for star fragments, because good god, you need a good 100-200 of them for appends, so I'm already sub-optimal. Both Abbys cleaned me out of those star frags.

100 boxes was doable a week ago, but I might settle for 50 at this rate. Depends on how many apples I want to burn. I hear apples won't be as common from here on out, so even if I'm swimming in a ton of them, I may not want to burn them here.

Yeah seeing my apple pool deflate makes me a sad pancake. Makes me wonder how I even built up the collection to begin with. I don't have any appends for Summer Abby so all my materials are hoarded for Melusine and Melusine accessories next year (Koyanskaya and Oberon).

Been slowly approaching 120 for Spishtar though thanks to the lotto embers.

Shes objectively underwhelming as a PriFes.

Mimi is tops in adorableness, but I don't think she outclasses a PriFes unit in a fight.

*Granted the meta is now focused on magic.

Playing World Flipper, KonoSuba, and Priconne. Only global release I'm anticipating currently is NIKKE.

Yeah, I've never heard anyone besides blackrider call Muimi anything but a great character. Even if she's "underwhelming for a PriFes" as you say, she's still one of the best physical attackers in the game who can be used in a lot of ways. She has high single-target damage and defense shred for event bosses and Clan Battles, and she has area attacks (including one that stuns and knocks back if her Spiresbane Blade isn't out yet) for story battles, arenas, and the Tower Of Luna. Plus, this is all without even having her UE yet, so she'll get even better when that eventually comes around.

But even with her having her UE, Mimi doesn't have the versatility or the sheer damage output across a full 1:30 battle that Muimi does, and that's not even taking into account Muimi's other tools like her defense shred, stun, and knockback.

Mimi's niche is her UE giving her amazing cleave damage and range, in addition to her UB also doing 2 hits. She also buffs PAtk. Muimi fills a similar role, with an AOE PDef shred, and also has a push and small stun (which are usually irrelevant outside of PVP).

In PVP, Mimi outclassed Muimi when UE released because Muimi stands in a worse position, making her more vulnerable, and Mimi's cleave range is absurd. For CB and regular quests, Muimi generally has higher ST that isn't nerfed when more than one target is present, and her burst cycles generally line up better with buffs IIRC.

I wouldn't really say UE!Mimi is outright better than Muimi until 6!Mimi (more AOE), but she's budget and does reasonably well, but the swap is usually a damage loss in CB IIRC. I can understand considering her a lackluster PriFes unit at this point, because she's not OMG more powerful than her competition, but she was better than her competition at release.

I guess in that case it is better for me to just pour more into Muimi than getting Mimi up to par.

Mana (and EXP pots) is still in short supply for me; my Christina's skill is all 30 except her UB lol.

(And I don't really want to go for another equipment grinding hell anyway).

I think most of the people here are focusing on quests and CB, and mostly ignoring arenas, so the difference probably isn't as notable for most of them.

Though both are currently outclassed on global by S!Mifuyu and to a lesser degree S!Kaori in arenas right now. 6!Rino cannon will likely overtake it once people farm the shards (or already has in the case of whale brackets), but they'll just move to a lesser PArena team, depending on how many people build H!Misogi.

IIRC, H!Misogi is a good multi-target attacker, but she's overall worse than 6!Rino. She's useful for PVP, but nothing special compared with other MT DPS in CB/quests.

So am I the King of Princess Connect now? At least until someone crushes my weak defense team, lol.

How do you kill the Iron Mookado on floor 30 of the Azoth Tower? I mean I beat it, but only by waiting out an annoyingly slow battle of waiting for DoT to kill him, since he seems to have permanent invincibility. Or is he one of those bosses where you HAVE to use certain units against?

EN Legeclo pre-reg is up, as much as I would advise against playing it. Then again, Kamihime is still active somehow, I think.

While none of these four are particularly meta...

Arthur has a skill that stuns before attacking. Master Flier/Meru also has this skill though, and she's far better. And Arthur's a boring choice for a waifu anyway, unless it's Eiyuu Senki's Arthur. Still, she'll probably last the longest due to class buffs.

Cleopatra's a rider, so she has the best movement of these four. She has a 20-50% chance to stun after every battle. Decent nuke skills, one of which strips buffs and ignores defense. Also, brown half-naked loli. Can't go wrong with those, right, Chloe?

Cu's a lancer, so she has a guard move that can intercept attacks on friendly units up to two spaces away. But you'll probably use other lancers for this (like Jeanne d'Arc, who's free, or Elizabeth Bathory, an SR who can inflict flat damage to any attackers after every battle with her Iron Maiden Garden), so she's pretty low priority. Unless you like chuunis, of course.

Napolean's an AoE archer, but she'll quickly be outpaced by better AoE units like Solomon, Beethoven, and (much later) Andromeda.

Oh right.

If they do update the pre-reg and add Lu Bu, like they did with JP pre-reg, then she's far and away the most meta launch unit. Flier type, so 5 movement like rider but ignores terrain, gets to move/act twice in one turn if she gets a kill, and has some AoE.

Also it's fucking Lu Bu, though she's a scarved oppai loli in this version.
