IIRC there's a conspiracy on TikTok that any time black users do something it gets co-opted by white users, therefore the white users are 'stealing' or 'appropriating' something 'that isn't theirs'.

It was more about the dance trends that started from TikTok where a lot of young black users, mostly teens, were creating new dance moves and uploading them. Where it was like verifiable they were the first ones to do the dances.

And then white influencers were copying those dance moves and getting sponsorship deals and paid appearances from said dances.

So yeah, that is racist but what this woman is saying? And having seen the full video of Drew in the rain? Yeah, no.
