I'm still stuck doing Inazuman commissions cuz of that one commission with the dude that wants to fight you under Inazuma City that you apparently need to complete 4 times for a world quest and 5 times for an achievement.

Speaking of commissions, the Sumeru ones are getting kind of weird. Jumping on shrooms 5x in a row and playing whack a mole- I mean whack a shroom are kind of random lol.

Yeah they seem kinda lazy, too. That said, I think most people wanted fast/easy dailies so they can get their primos and move on.

I've saved up 33 fates so far. Enough to hit soft pity. Trying to decide if I should use them on Cyno ior just wait until Nahida. Not interested in Nilou or Dori (Dori's gonna be free in 3.2 according to rumors anyway)

Not a fan of those Fayz Trials

The Fayz Trials are definitely unique. Took me three tries to get the 1.5k score one, I wasn't playing aggressively enough at first. I wonder if the 60 primos will be every day.

Will be wrapping up the Inazuma story tomorrow afternoon though. I've about made it so Sumeru!!

God damn. Just got BP lvl 30 and used the standard fate. Got my Jean to C2. And I just got a five star like 10ish pulls earlier. Nice

Lucky. I'm AR 54 and still have yet to get a Jean. Hoping to get Kokomi on her rerun, I need a good healer.

Did 60 rolls on Kokomi banner.
3 Xingqius, Sucrose, Yanfei, Stringless, Sacrificial Greatsword, Flute.

That was fucking terrible, but at least Stringless is incredibly useful now in Sumeru.
I'm at 71 or so into 50% pity, so going to stop here and continue on Nilou's banner.

I'm glad there's finally a banner that I literally have no reason to roll on (already have C6 Ganyu and Kokomi congratulations are meh).

By the way, I 100% guarantee that Viparyas will be Nahida's ascension material. A flower that only appears in dreams.

This is a hell of a set of banners for new players, though. Ganyu, Xingqiu, Sucrose... All on one banner.

Yeah I'm not pulling. Don't really care about Dori and I already have enough saved for a guaranteed Nahida. And then I'll be saving up for Dehya. I don't even care if she's good but the second she came on screen I wanted her lol

Honestly, Ganyu is one of the rare few "must pulls" for people who don't have her, especially people who want an extremely good DPS that doesn't require a lot of team support. She's absolutely incredible. Plus she's amazing at c0, even though her constellations are quite good.

I actually barely use Ganyu anymore. Basically just for Azdaha runs every week

Ayaka basically reduced Ganyu to support.
And now the fast-paced gameplay of Yelan and Tighnari also steal her infinite range gameplay.

I actually disagree with that. Ayaka as a main DPS is pretty bad. She's very good as a burst sub DPS. But we are at the point in the game where killing bosses quickly is our goal in the spiral abyss, but for the average player who just needs consistent dps, Ayaka is unreliable. And I say this as someone who has her at C6 with cracked gear.

Ayaka is also terrible for questing in the overworld.

Ayaka and Ganyu are the best Burst and Main DPSes, respectively, that require minimal party support to achieve their roles.

I have c0 Ayaka and with her one normal attack + her charged, I'm dealing 17k damage to 1+ enemies in under 3 seconds at a time

Okay so I've got 45 of 46 teleports in Sumeru unlocked(Ormos and bottom left are cut off).
What the hell am I missing?

People thought the same thing as sakura flowers for yae and she ended up with those sea mushroom things.

Don't get me wrong, I can do 60k damage x3 with a charged attack, but if I spam it, she is energy starved pretty quickly. Combined with having to dash to get cryo-infusion, she has consistency issues. That said, her c4 has defense shred, which is amazing.

Ayaka's dash refunds.
And you can also go for 2NC for damage, or long combo for cryo application

There is a hidden one in the upper story of one of the caves, that only becomes accessible after you finish the main mission in that cave.

Okay thanks. What cave? I've already finished all the main/side quests

I really want to get the platinum trophy but boy do I not feel like having to go get treasure chests and upgrade the statue

I don't remember, but I think it's the one that's next to the dream Forest. The one you have to go to in order to finish the aranyaka quests.

In any case, in my personal opinion the best DPS in the game is actually tartaglia, not because he personally does the most damage, but because he maximizes a team's damage better than any other Main dps. This is assuming we are talking about high investment in team compositions and gear. At low investment, there are plenty of better DPS characters.

Said I wasnt gonna pull but I did 3 anyways and got Dori on the third. Never gonna use her but her passive seems pretty damn good

I can't risk rolling for Dori since I'm over halfway to pity and I'm waiting for Cyno or Nahida. Hopefully the rumors about her being free are true

If you are having stamina issues then you can just NA4 + CA -> Dash and repeat. My Ayaka team was always better than my Ganyu team even before I got Kazuha and Shenhe

It's not both. It's a category.

I hate that I cant roll a fucking 5 star without 80+ rolls no matter what.

Why did you roll for moonglow tho

Sub DPS with healing as a side schtick. Best choice for that sort of Kokomi build.

Thrilling Tales is probably the best sub DPS weapon for her because it buffs the on-field DPS at the same time.

I have a moonglow, and I'm pretty salty about it. That was back when Jade cutter was the other five star, and I wanted it.

Everybody has their own opinions, and I totally get why a lot of people think Ayaka is better. But I find that Ganyu is generally a more universally useful dps. Ayaka has the same problem that Eula has - namely, that nearly all of her damage is loaded into her burst. She's better than Eula by virtue of the fact that her burst isn't a single nuke which means it can burn through shields.

Ayaka as an on-field DPS is also very good, but she is clunky and she does have issues with enemies that are spread apart. Granted, all of those things can be pretty easily overcome.

Ganyu's burst is actually deceptively very good. Not only does it provide constant off field cryo application over a large area, it also becomes quadratic if you can group the enemies close together. And with constellations, everything within the zone of her burst is granted a damage increase, which is extremely nice.

TTDS doesnt buff her. Its for team damage while moonglow is for personal damage.

True, although in that case you're really trying to use her as an on field DPS. And for sure moonglow is her best option.

She does a huge amount of damage during her burst if you've got the clam set.

Got a good clam set for her already, yeah. My barb used it and the bubble was hitting things for 35-40k. Just need more weapon mats tomorrow for the moonglow now and Ill be set.

The funny thing about the clam set is that it looks like you aren't doing that much damage if you're just looking at the numbers, because the normal damage it does is actually kind of hard to see. But if you watch the enemy health bars, it's clear you're just nuking them.

I think DPS simmed gladiator vs clam on qiqi the DPS is about the same.

phys shredding is great with clam, so if you slot Qiqi in the right teams it can nuke.
We're kinda lacking in good physical team supporters IMO. And pretty much the only really competent phys dps is Eula.

There's two kinds of physical teams you can put together. Shatter or Regular. For shatter you use Eula and for regular you use Kaeya. The supports are Rosaria, Mona (pref) or Kokomi, and Xingqiu.

This is just for maximizing physical damage though. For maximizing damage in general, you use Ganyu support instead of Rosaria.
