If I could have my own "perfect" weather it would be in the 20s/30s in winter (with two weeks of single-digit weather to kill the bugs for summer) and highs in the 60s/70s for much of summer with low/moderate humidity and rain every 10 days or so. Gotta keep things green, y'know? But Mother Nature doesn't work like that.
