As much as people always insist that having cats means you need to hang it under, I've never had a problem hanging it over in 20 years of having cats. Granted, 3/4 of the cats I've had in that time frame have been front declawed (not by my choice), which dramatically reduces the risk of problems, and interest in making a mess of toilet paper is going to vary from cat to cat, so your mileage may vary. --- This is my signature. Under puts your hand close to the wall leaving less space to maneuver, it frequently doesn't hang down low enough requiring you to physically roll the paper a bit for it to come down enough to be able to grab it, and then just doesn't roll well when you do grab it frequently causing premature tearing. I can "kinda" understand people who say they don't pay attention, because I did used to be that way but it is an inconvenience any time you have to deal with a under roll and even if it is a very minor inconvenience those minor inconveniences throughout my life have added up so I don't forget to put it on the right way now. <cite>BlackScythe0 posted [p:967261770] in The whole ...
