A little. I keep it on, but I do use the numpad for pretty much any numerical data entry) because it's so much easier to use blind than the top row of numbers. I also use lefty mouse typically, so that makes sense. It's pretty horribly positioned for righty mouse users (and is actually the reason righty mouse is ergonomically inferior to lefty), so I can understand why they wouldn't want to use it.
