I haven't been consistent admittedly due to the pandemic in 2020 and after pulling a muscle in 2021. Other than that, I'm somewhat happy with the progress I've made despite the setbacks. Just wanted to share.

As far as my major lifts currently go:

Bench press: 205 lbs
Squat (high bar): 315 lbs
Deadlift (conventional): 405 lbs
Overhead press: 125 lbs
Leg press: 810 lbs

Yeah, the bulkiest I've been is the 2020 picture. I wasn't exercising as much due to the gyms being closed so I tried to make do with the basics like push-ups, pull-ups, and so on. Thank you for the compliment. Shoulders always feels like one of my weaker areas.

Thank you. My diet mostly consists of chicken(usually grilled), fruits, vegetables, and occasionally fish(not fried). Sometimes, I'll eat the chicken either by itself or on a bun. I'll eat red meat once or twice a week. I try to keep sauce, dessert like cookies and ice cream, and junk food down to a minimum. I mostly drink water and occasionally a sports drink or tea if I want flavor. I've stopped drinking sodas and alcohol.

Thank you. I ignored pecs when I started out due to dropping the bar on my chest but I've gotten over that fear in recent years.

To be fair, I did distance running for Track & Field in high school so I was always in decent shape. Just not muscular or strong.

Looks like you have been below 10% bodyfat for a while now, notice any negative side effects like fatigue, quick to anger, or low sexual performance? Typical fitness advice is below 10% is not sustainable and makes you feel miserable, but seems like you (and other people I know) dont have an issue.

Im doing a big cut now, below 10% for the first time in my life (5 9, 155 lbs) and I dont feel that bad at all. Biggest problem for me is the FOMO watching my friends get wasted and eat delicious food all weekend while I eat a chicken breast

Yeah, thanks. The hair is a battle itself. Ive thought about getting it cut sometimes.

Thanks, yeah so I lift Monday/Wednesday/Friday for about 3 hours or so. I do a 3 mile run on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. That takes me about 20-25 minutes. Sometimes, Ill get on a exercise bike at the gym for a few minutes if I have spare time.

I havent noticed any negative side effects so far. I was getting tired easier for a few months but that was due to lack of sleep from school. Now, Im doing far better.

Yeah, the FOMO is the worst part sometimes. Id love to go out and drink but that would ruin progress.

Thank you. Yeah, you got it. Stricter diets become much easier with time. The first month or so is always the hardest.

Uh, thanks. It is very nice if I do end up motivating anyone into exercising more. A high school classmate used to ask me to go to the gym with him all the time. I always declined but I ended up regretting it after he passed away. That's what motivated me to start. His physique was amazing for his age.
