Other than that, I'm somewhat happy with the progress I've made despite the setbacks. Just wanted to share. As far as my major lifts currently go: Bench press: 205 lbs Squat (high bar): 315 lbs Deadlift (conventional): 405 lbs Overhead press: 125 lbs Leg press: 810 lbs --- His foundation lie in the holy mountain.
