Typical fitness advice is below 10% is not sustainable and makes you feel miserable, but seems like you (and other people I know) dont have an issue. Im doing a big cut now, below 10% for the first time in my life (5 9, 155 lbs) and I dont feel that bad at all. Biggest problem for me is the FOMO watching my friends get wasted and eat delicious food all weekend while I eat a chicken breast --- Hello world! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
