I decided to try and take a 2nd job for fun in food service just to experience how it is and geeze im surprised a lot of these guys arent fired for messing with rude peoples food

I only work bad service

I used to work as a line cook at a Cajun place in my early 20s. Anyway I'd say it's a toss up between spit or the food getting teabagged.

I've personally never seen anyone mess with someone's food. I have seen some cooks get fed up with their job and chuck stuff across the line before storming out forever. One time when I worked at a place with a charcoal grill, we used a shovel to even out the coals and a guy got so mad that he took the shovel and hurled it across the room and damn near hit a coworker with it. And then threatened the manager that he was coming back with a gun to kill him. >_>

I didn't witness it, but I heard stories that guys at the local Burger King were spicing up the mayonnaise with...another white substance.

Something I did see though, probably not what you were looking for. This customer got pissed his food wasn't right and threw the full plate across the restaurant, hitting an old lady in the head.

I can't actually legally tell you. You could say "oh this is a dead message board no one will ever see or know who you are." Not worth the risk.

Yeah, and unless someone got killed, the statute of limitations has probably run up.

Either way, I dont recall seeing anyone do anything horrible to food when I worked there. Ive seen people reach their hands in the ice machine before. There was a lot of cross contamination between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We would use things that were expired if they didnt look/smell off.

idk if it's a fast food place thing or what, but I've never honestly never seen anybody intentionally tamper with food
so the worst I've seen is something dropped on the floor and then picked up and served anyway
which is still gross enough, probably

They murdered one our coworkers and fed them to the customers for the next couple days.

We always were goofing off like that tho. Id put too many pickles on people's food myself. We were all little rascals.

Ive given overcooked burgers that should have been tossed and stale fries that should have been tossed to asshole customers. Thats it.
