I've had positive experiences with cops and negative ones. Stereotyping is a thing. And while race sadly plays a role how you dress and carry yourself falls into it too. I've been harassed by cops before and when I was was back when I'd wear baggy ripped up jeans (jnco) a baggy Hoodie and a beanie and had long hair. --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!" In basic our instructors legit told us we where practically a gang. The main big box we didn't check off on being considered a gang was criminal activity being part of our established goals. But those checkboxes are pretty loose. By it's standards. Military is a gang. There have always been times where Miranda Rights do not legally protect you such as if it is deemed a police officer asked you a question that has immediate impact on public safety or if you voluntarily tell an officer something while you are not arrested or contained by them. Them bringing you in for questioning most likely means you have been arrested all ready.
