Anyways I'm going to sleep, was at the hospital all night because my daughter broke her ankle last night. She's fine for everyone that will wonder.

and I can say It was easy. it was easy to say I got the Blueberry instead of a direct scan result of Gus.

it was easy to say pineapple cart instead of Pineapple Vendor.

just because scum was screwed from the start and was well behind the 8ball all game and didn't win doesn't mean it wasn't easy to lie.

I think it's possible that IGCD is also scum with him.

I do not pretend to think there is no other possibility for no night kill. Doesn't mean I'm right, but Mafia is not a game of absolutes.

I decided to do my postgrad application stupidly late (as in the week of the deadline and also with no housing lined up after my lease expires) and am paying the price. My hours will be wack for today but hopefully I'll be around for EoD.

Plum is still not dead and I would like to reiterate that having a flesh-hungry corpse stumbling around our town is prohibitive to our long-term survival.

If he is Town he is roleblocked until he gets lynched. He has not been roleblocked. That has allowed the game to reach a state where it is "solved" if he is Town. Scum does not let that happen, it's that simple. Again, there's been zero effort to work the game out from him beyond his night actions, zero things to indicate he is Town, yadda yadda, so help me God (not you, although I would appreciate the aid). It sounds like people I trust are coming around to him being Town while people I do not trust also say he is Town and this actively offends me given how dogshit and anti-town Plum is playing. Did anyone watch him play last game? Or in Psych Mafia? Anyone at all? If he is a scanner he practically has the game sorted single-handedly and is thriving thinking about the number of scum he is about to put down.

Anyway, all that to say I do not understand where Ulti is coming from with the perspective slip clear and I would love to know how he came to that conclusion based on the words that were said.

Death, SBell and Tidus are probably all scum too. I went into the night assuming Red was Scum, and I normally want to murder backup claims on principle, but there is too much proactivity and hype, and not enough sneak and slime for this to be Scum Red, at least based on what I remember of him. I believe Red has unwittingly swapped our personalities today and I shall fulfill his niche of grumpy old man growling at pigeons for the time being. Unless someone else comes forward with another explanation for the lack of kill I buy it.

I would like claims from at least Death and SBell today. Tidus can wait until we kill Plum because there is no reason to ever lynch him first.

Also I was gonna vote Death at the end of this post and I refreshed, saw three Death votes, and panicked thinking I might have fat fingered and hammered him when I did so. Thanks for the minor heart attack, Kirby.

IGCD is at the very least a flavor scanner. I imagine we find out alignment in time if he was truly tonight's night kill target

I find Red's belief that he did the save pretty genuine even though Lea is right that it's all very convenient. If Red was any less convincing here then i wouldn't believe it

I dont think scum gets a thief role and IGCD has seemingly made two thief scans so far.
Though now that I have typed this out completely I have come to think: giving scum a thief role is not as crazy an idea as Changmas' funky role.

If Red is town than last nights lynch says a lot more than I at first thought.

But oh, fair enough point then.

Anyway some collected notes from DYL pre-claim. (This is mostly about other players talking about DYL instead of what DYL himself said) Retreading some ground here but..

Day1 I sorta like Sheep for being the first to vote DYL instead of just talking about him. But his vote was kinda deflated by his statement about wanting to lynch Plum first.
But if Plum is scum too, which I strongly believe, Sheep looks better for it.
He has a habit of placing votes on other targets besides the main lynch, so I can say Sheep is consistent at least.

Kirby also voted DYL for not posting a lot and kept his vote on DYL but that vote didn't stick long (as Lea noted.)
In general Kirby always votes in a way that lets him take it back easily (he voted DYL on day2 for the memes). But I cant tell if this is simply because of his playing style.

Also how ironic that Ulti defended DYL hard on day1. But Ulti did want to give him a day more at least. What I find interesting here though is that Plum argued with Ulti about this.
Though really thats about the only thing I can find that might possible distance Plum from DYL. And Ulti on his part went very loud after DYL at the start of day2.
However later in the day Ulti did say this:

Im honestly very paranoid about this DYL lynch and could be convinced to just special Red instead.

Which I want people to keep in mind if Red is proven to be town somehow.
I mean Ulti being hypocritical is what I'd expect from him, but its still worrying me in certain scenarios.

Ben helped put pressure on day2 by being the first to vote him. As if I need more reasons to like Ben. ScumBen also wouldnt get so hyped up about DYLs typo pretending to be a slip I think

Next I will give Sbell this, he told us to kill DYL and several players listened with votes (IGCD, Lea, Kirby again). Why he did not vote DYL himself I dont know however.

I also see my own point about Red calling DYLs checkup post scummy despite later saying that DYL always looks scummy and his lynch would be boring. I dont recall Red ever answering me about that.
But I also see my own point about DYL leaving a vote on Red at the end of day1, so that makes me lean town on Red a little more. (backup claim set aside)

I am also noticing a throughline of Lea basically being focused and good at commenting on stuff.

BCT also commented on DYL a bit here and there, though he seemed to have trouble reading him. He did say he would vote DYL if he wasn't already at 5 votes at least.

The only ones who really didn't do much about DYL so far were Tidus and Plum. The latter claimed to be busy, but I recall him not saying much about DYL when he came back either.

I do not believe my endorsing of the lynch had any bearing on igcd, Lea or kirby voting.

I suppose you/Sbell telling us to kill DYL could be motivated by self preservation. But I do like your/Sbells sorta humble stance on that endorsement tho.
