As to the 2nd post.
No because they would maybe a scum dead to rights.
I am not saying its the best solution. But it is something I would consider doing if I was a townRB.

And yes you are right that third theory is also possible.
I am still catching up anyway, and I see some other good points were raised against Red being a backup now too.

I never watched the show, so something might have flown over my head here.

I did see IGCD claiming to have scanned Ben, which I sorta appreciate even if I already was feeling pretty good about Ben.

Oh I see it now, my show was a spinoff from Ulti's show.

As for that flavor split idea. Maybe scumshows are the only ones who break beyond the 2000s?

I assumed Kenan was just on a lot of nickelodeon shows, didn't realize the shows were connected.
Never grew up with 90s Nickelodeon (Dutch and all)

I do notice something about IGCDs scan that makes me want to buy him 100 % too.

It was not scum busdriver.

It was scum one way bus driver. If someone targeted A, then their target was changed to B. If you targetted B, it did not change to A.

So it could not evade doctor(it would effective put all targets of A or B to target B).

Again, Sultan just confusing us all but this is how it was written in the flip.

This is good enough to suicide hider but not good enough to overpower doctor, if I'm looking at this right.

I had a fucking doctor save Lea. I wasn't about to tip that in the slightest.

Last game my role had very limited use and that use was already very apparently not going to come into play. Okay, not true, had I known there was an SK maybe I treat it differently. But from my PoV yesterday the last useful thing I could glean from my role was to put your head on a spike.

Beyond that, as I told you, I started this game thinking I was town vanilla. I don't know exactly how the backup would function with each town death. The reason I asked the bus driver question is that bus driver should have limitations(No self bussing). It was odd that he'd have limits to his EBG but not to bus.

Playing out the day had little to do with his role/alignment, it was more that there wasn't much time left in the day but I didn't feel we were in position where anyone else having input that arrived would hurt us. It would simply be us wasting time in night phase if we decided to early hammer. It was simply good gameplay to let people talk for the rest of the day, it was still only day 2.

And yes, I had protection in pocket, a lot of the talk was simply to make sure no one would bank on that.

I'm going to reiterate I generally do play differently based on the role in hand. I was very intentionally drawing attention and trying to look cagey day 1. This was part of the reason for some of the vote and stay quiet. I'm sure some of you remember death note mafia where I did nothing but vote and it drew all sorts of attention(For those that don't remember, I was mason recruited and hiding identity was important, so I was talking through mason buddy so no one could guess who I was). It always reminds me how much attention shit like that gets and how it makes people think I'm hiding something(From scums side, power). I was in fact busy, but I was trying to give an aura of having power to the scum team as best as I could in limited time.

If you want more reiteration of that, DYL was claiming lots of protection. Its not...a bad play as scum(Though his outlandish jack claim was bad) to fish for protection if you think you are dying, and I'm not sure if it was his attention, but people going "lol too much protection die" when we don't know that for sure can be a flag for scum. From my perspective, I know no one else is going to likely put it in scums head that there is some more protection out there, so I needed to not tip my hand. I felt IGCD was a pretty sure shot if he was in fact town. I was very intentional to attack it from the angle of "you have two roles that kill scum" rather than the double protection he was claiming.

Fair enough(Also has a 2000s revival special, but I'm actually going to assume Sultan is unaware of its existence). That would be way too cruel of a trap so ben is even more confirmed than Ulti. Ulti's picture is very specific to the 90s show so I've grown more comfortable with him as town as I think about it. Don't think its as good as Ben's on the confirmable scale, but not really something I'd consider.

Hes fed us two useful flavor scans(Albeit in a crappy way).

But also hes the most reasonable explanation for no kill tonight. Scum doesn't risk shooting Lea's role without having tested in on N1, no one outright shoots a hider claim. The most reasonable explanation is that they didn't expect a backup doctor save to be on the table and tried to murder him.

Which is also the name I got for my flavor.

A host typo quirks sure, but I dont know if a fakeclaimed thief can pull off that consistency.

Sbell has taken IGCD's spot in the "oh I really hope hes just scum" pile. IGCD moved to the "I'm certain hes town and I now just hate him for it" pile awhile ago..

Well its becoming Process of Elimination at this rate, but I still want to murder Plum.
I feel like as long as he is alive, scum can use his 'scans' to push towards mislynches on players like me

And on the small chance that he is town, it should be near impossible to miss scum considering we will have Tidus and BCT confirmed.

But I dont trust Plums scans as far as I can throw them.
Aside from that and the IGCD scans and powerclaims, I have felt good about Lea.. decent about Kirby and BCT. Less good about Sbell and Sheep. Tidus I need to read up on again. Red is in the middle, and I think he will resolve eventually once the time comes for all claims to be made.
