Gobstoppers12 06/21/22 5:24:26 PM #6:	Ordinarily I do 33%, since I'm a bit lean and can't afford the standard 45%, though you're actually expected to tip 66% if you want to avoid repercussions. At 33%, I only get eviction threats three or four times a week, which is manageable. Never, ever drop below 25%. Ever. You don't want that. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction. Additionally, every time the land lord has to talk to you beyond "Gimme rent", you should be tipping 1-20% of your rent. "Fix my water" should be 20%. "The light in the hallway is out" might be 10%.
