If the Street Fighter wiki is anything to go by, Ryu is supposedly between 27 (SF2) and 33 (SF3) in SF4 (his age isn't listed for SF4 according to his birth date. And yeah, SF4 is between 2 and 3 on the timeline). And I do know in SF4, Sakura recently graduated high school and works as a gym teacher at her alma mater, so she could be anywhere between 18-early 20's, compared to Ryu who's either pushing into his 30's or in his 30's. To be fair, the SF timeline is pretty weird and things like characters' ages are inconsistent and all over the place.
