This is why you don't see Mark Ruffalo doing Marvel media appearances any more. They banned him from doing any more interviews related to Marvel after this.

They were going to replace Mark Ruffalo with Don Cheadle for that interview but Don Cheadle was already there.

You misunderstand, it's not violating an NDA when Disney tells Ruffalo and Holland to pretend to leak spoilers on interviews.
You do understand that most of these are pre-recorded and practiced, they're actors they know how to pretend

And they'll continue to do this when people remain as naive

He really fucked up but honestly I feel like no one would noticed (at least not until retrospectively) if Don Cheadle hadn't reacted and played it off as a joke.

We have clear differences between Mark Ruffalo "pretending to leak spoilers" and "actually spoiling the ending to a movie" on video. This incident was the latter.

You're also dodging the fact that he actually spoiled the ending for some weird reason while trying to act like you're smarter than everyone else. It's entertaining.

People wouldn't have a rough idea of what the ending of Avengers: Infinity War would be before anyone but the cast and crew had seen it.

But I mean its Infinity War, its somewhat already based on The Infinity Gauntlet story from the comics.

Plus we already knew it was a two part movie at that.

There wouldn't really be a way for people to know that Infinity War would end at that point. Also, many people didn't read the comics.

Also, I'd say the number of people who are aware that the Titanic sunk far exceed the number of people who knew what Thanos did with the Infinity Gauntlet.

Most MCU movies are only loosely inspired by comics, even if they are directly named after an existing story.
