Yo. How do you generally approach day 1's? Are you the no lynch advocate kinda guy or do you go hard?

I might be the only person in mafia who has this opinion, but day 1 is my absolute favorite day. Can get a lot of solid town reads that last the whole game by just looking at how people start the game. It's the only time you can really flavor meta because not everyone has full knowledge yet so there's an extra split between scum and town there. And the end of day lynch rarely ever gets as chaotic as that day 1 lynch. I love it. Post day 1 the lynches usually come to a consensus so you really only get that battle of opposing sides on day 1.

Good point! Would assuming you're town but lynching you anyway be a good compromise?

Honestly liking Mzero so far. He looks ready to pounce people.

Cant say Ulti attacking Mzero is something he wouldn't want to do as town. But I dont agree with it.

Lea claiming Untargetable ironically makes her into the biggest target of all, but since she sounds serious about it, I am inclined to believe the claim (its hard to fake, and scum untargetable wouldn't want to claim).
Though yes the notion that she could have gotten her role inverted for this game is funny to me.

Bens excitement over the claim on the other hand comes across as odd. I cant quite put my finger on what I dislike about it. Too rushed a reaction maybe?

Because you're being disingenuous about how you present what is happening and being said.

23 minutes after a claim is not a rushed reaction. The amount of good players who are apparently not seeing the same Ben I am is worrying.

I will be honest and admit I didn't notice the time gap was that wide.
Rushed may not be the word I am looking for then, but I dont know what replaces it.

I just dont agree with it since Mzero is giving me a good feeling right now.

I do feel weird about Ben's reaction, but I feel like Scum Ben/Town Lea is almost never true. If scum really can't target Lea calling her confirmable doesn't seem like the move. Scum/Scum is too on the nose, and besides, they were both scum last game. What are the chances all three of us rolled scum again?

So basically, I think Ben is town

Oh and since Mzero reacted, I can say that Sheeps reaction to Mzero's point is not the one I expected.

Sure, but MZero didn't do anything to generate a good feeling before Ulti showed up, and Ulti has already unvoted. He doesn't appear to be currently trying to attack MZero either (after some posts from MZero that admittedly give me good vibes too), so I find it curious that you say you don't agree with something Ulti doesn't appear to agree on either right now.

I just wanted to come into the game voting MZero tbh, I didn't read far into the rest of the post. Given recent games I think it'd be interesting to figure out the dude's alignment sometime before the PoE lynches start and I think Ulti's vote has gotten us close to that stage already. He's way more relaxed than in last game and it feels to me like he actually wants to be playing the game, compared to the recent scum games where he just kinda wanted to not die for as long as possible.

I must also confess that I missed the unvote in my catchup posts
In my defense I just woke up.

Ulti voting DYL for having Ulti blocked feels like a far more valid reason to be upset tho.
(I dont think DYL has played in a while either, has he?)

I agree with your opinion Mzero there at least. Though I would have liked that to be explained earlier.

igcds brain walked into this game echoing exactly where my brain wants to go off the cuff. I however, am being a bit more open minded this game compared to last.

And death, one of the few people I feel I can read town quite well has not made me doubt that feeling yet.

I gather you feel differently though?
