I've watched a bunch of the content on it. Just pisses me off because I wanna play it but I'm not gonna get trapped in the p2w again.

Just gonna try the witch on PoE.

There is some resource that you need at a certain point and the only ways to get it are to do these raids that MUST have 8 players and dont have a good LFG system, or pay monthly for a battle pass and earn a few of them as your season rewards or whatever

I LOVE Golem Witch, I mean you sit there most of the time and baby sit the adds. But I am a summoning slut.

D2 I mained a highly geared summonmancer that everyone loved me. In every baal run they would yell out to me "UNSUMMON YOU GODDAMN MOTHER FUCKER" I could feel the love.

just savefile edit your gear in...

Yeah, summon hordes is the only tolerable way to grind maps. I don't have the effort for other builds since I solo.

Besides, I like combining all the buffs and diversifying the debuffs they put on all the mobs to compound the damage. It's like having my own little raid party. I just lead them around and they erase shit.

i loved doing this almost as much as i loved maxing out thorns aura on my paladin and pissing off duelists and griefers.

I was never going to play it regardless, but I just heard that it's come out that there are hidden soft caps in the game that effectively punish free players and encourage them to use the p2w mechanics more.

Shit like this is why I feel like I'm eventually going to stop playing new games altogether in favor of stuff that came out 10-20 years ago for the rest of my life.
