You know how to some people cilantro tastes like soap? Wonder what else tastes different to some groups of people and that it's like for them.

I was at this weird micro-brew bar once, and they had a beer with cilantro in it. I was the only person in the group who could drink it without dry heaving.

I've always thought dark chocolate (or at least Hershey's Special Dark in particular) tastes sweeter than milk chocolate, but I've heard several people say it tastes bitter to them.

Technically, dark chocolate is normally supposed to be more bitter. Which may make then think its bitter when they try it But Hershey's Special Extra Dark chocolate and cocoa powder are "processed with alkali." This process, also known as "dutching," makes cocoa and dark chocolate less bitter and a bit darker, but also significantly reduces the flavanol content. At least, that what the Google God says
