Alright, Lea flipping bulletproof means we do have to discuss this now. Lea and Isquen both mentioned a 3rd party before they died. Anyone want to suddenly claim a vig shot and resolve this?

Hb let's table that for the moment if you don't mind. I feel as if it plays into scum's designs to talk about third party because if we buy into it suddenly people are, at least on the surface, open to suspicion.

Alright, well, this is rather late in a game to join in on what might as well effectively be my first game on this board, but hopefully it will still be fun. I have been reading this game as it went from the start, but didnt take notes as went nor particularly try to figure things out as I had not expected to end up playing. The replacement list was originally rather long, and I wasn't even on it. Have tried to gather as much as possible after replacing in though. Its a shame so many topics purged. I went to the logs and all the topics are there, but its not all too useful as not all posts show. That appears to include all of Leas posts, so its probably some account settings thing at least partly. Seeing as thats our most recently flipped scum, thats highly unfortunate.

Some thoughts on the state of the game coming in next post.

Also, should mention right away that Im European. Ill be active, but when Im not there in what is evening for you guys (MZero aside), its just because Im sleeping.

my personal theory is that yes, there's 5 scum and a third party. I don't think that with how hard lea has been pushing MZero, he makes sense as scum, not to mention the stuff from day 1. It can only be Abacus.

What are you thinking for third party. Survivor?

Also of note Lea voted sheep and isquen day 1. I am unsure why you believe she was incapable of distancing.

There could be a second godfather.

Chris could be (not very likely) scum.

my theory for what the 3rd party is is predicated on if one of the town has a role that explains Lea's bulletproof. I think we need to see full roleclaims from you, Sbell, and Ctes now.

Ah simple enough then. I have the ability to night kill once in this game. I would prefer to say no more.

Going back and looking at Leas posts in the topics still on the board now that she has flipped.

Topic 9 post 148 Lea mentions that if she disbelieves a scanner, its Kirby. Votes MZero right afterward because of non-reaction to Arti situation. Post 165 then says Mzero, Isquen and VA are scum and gut is screaming Kirby for the fourth one. Cannot say more as to why than just gut. Lea bussed Isquen pretty hard.
Topic 10 post 246 Lea makes a new scum list. JC, MZero and VA are on it now (and Isquen that was basically dead at that point). Kirby is in prob town now. Takes Chris mentioning night action logic for Lea to instantly bumb Kirby to 100% town.
Topic 11 post 314 Lea makes a long analysis about why Kirby might be scum again despite the above, still sticks to MZero for a non-reaction which Mzeros play taken into consideration isnt that surprising.

Lea has been bussing her teammates this game before they died, does she go that hard for MZero with so little actual argumentation against him if hes her teammate? That coupled with the sheep and Ben interactions on day 2 makes it harder to believe MZero is scum, even if all of it has little to do with his own play, so I don't believe he's the right place to look first.
Im not sure Lea mentions all her remaining scum buddies there, but does she leave them all out after Isquens death was written on the wall? Doubt so. VA is the obvious choice for a scum member there at this point, but Im not completely ready to rule out Kirby either despite him having strong things in favor of being town. Lea tried to gather town points but defending Arti a lot so that when hed flip, shes look better. Based solely on this game only, I feel its very likely Lea would voice suspicion of her teammates to look better when they flipped and she some seemingly good points about Kirby. From the posts mentioned above, it sounded like thats where her vote would be if she was a town member trying to find scum. Theres something about that interaction that seems a bit off to me. Given how fast cop and doctor died, I'll raise an eyebrow tomorrow if he's still alive then.

I would like to look closer at Kirby and VA throughout the topics, though that's probably for the morning.

Oh and welcome to the game ctes. Friend of the game death also is European so we are used to those type of time delays.

I am just trying to think things over in my mind. Nothing about this game from my vantage point makes much sense from 5 + indy. At least an indy that has any malice to town. Tbf maybe han did something like I did and is simply preventing a neutral indy from claiming so they are sweating atm but it being day 8 with the most boring kill list of all time is the opposite of interesting.

Also Lea seized on the one night where people were confused by the choice of kill to claim that's where it went wrong. I even helped her with that day 4 because I said she sounded like scum annoyed at the kill. But day 4 is not day 8 and the game hasn't worked out that way.

But if there is an sk and Lea was being truthful it is probably just Kirby as plum was riding him really hard.

Not really interested in that as I think a good discussion today is warranted.

If you think there's 6 scum, its Abacus and MZero. If you think there's 5 scum, it's one of the two. Abacus has very little in his favor and if your theory about the Pokemon side thief is true, than his one big defense is gone.

Well if I was an amazingly paranoid Chris I would ask why is it day 8 the doctor is dead but instead of killing the scanner or the scanned innocent they kill red.

Kirby and myself makes sense - we are apparently the bait in this story.

I have liked things from both abacus and mzero this game. I liked some of the stuff from Lea too tbf. I don't like to shut my brain off at end game though it doesn't pay off.

But on balance I would say abacus today yes.

It's chill

Kirby is gladiator/watcher who watched the doctor visit me n2 and claimed only one person targeted me n2. The fact that scum didn't kill the doctor until he claimed many days later is a very large point in kirby's favor as even if he is scum watcher that's something you do and quietly kill them.

Yes but remember scum's whole point is to lie. Like I am fine with discussion and theory since it doesn't alter our course but if we kill a 5th today and tomorrow it's 'nah we aren't looking for a buddy we are looking for an indy' that kind of explodes things.

I believe abacus claimed double vanilla along with mzero.

Did abacus also claim flavor? Or was that only MZero.

I don't recall it at the moment if he did.

I don't know anything about how people usually play. I read the previous game too so I have one thing to compare to for Sbell, Kirby and Mzero I suppose, still not much, but it seems weird to be that a losing team of Lea, Abacus and MZero would just go at each others throats. Like, what's the winning strategy there? Now Abacus didn't want to lynch Lea yesterday while Lea didn't actually go for Abacus despite mentioning him as scum in line with her bussing. That being the scum team seems more likely, because they had to try something. Then I suppose if Abacus actually doesn't flip scum or game doesn't end with his lynch, we can take it from there. Almost seems too easy, but that's coming in on day 8 for you lol.
Mostly wanted to say that both MZero and Abacus being scum seems unlikely.

No, but there's no reason not to. I am X-Wing/Wingull (X-Wingull), Vanilla/Vanilla.

I'm sure there's not much I can say that will prevent my lynch today, though knowing that you'll go down to 5 after tonight with what we're assuming is 2 dark siders is hard for me.

That being said, if I were scum I would have definitely stayed on the Lea lynch to avoid looking worse. Also, I am annoyed because the whole thing could have been avoided if the plan was followed.

It's very weird that Kirby, Chris, and HB all lived again, especially when they know Kirby & HB's roles.

Well, if you're town knowing we likely reach a 3 vs. 2, don't do what town has done so far and give up, but try to out exactly what makes your suspects seems scum and we'll be left with some strong cases in that scenario.

I enjoy trying to figure out the thoughts behind those kills, but gotta give it to scum, they've made that hard lol.

Plum I could see being because he's a good player that might have had power and also it was also early enough. But red makes so little sense with all the confirmed. I was a bit afraid I'd die before playing lol.
