A commitment to the truth means being willing to retract wrong information, and as we've seen with Fox News and the right wing misinformation blogosphere, the Republicans never do that. I have a lot of flaws, but I have always strongly believed that it's more important to be factually correct than it is to win an argument. And I grew so tired of fact-checking everyone around me in my same political circle. It's from an NRA event that happened in Texas shortly after the shooting. They had Trump read the victim's names off with some bell or gong sound in between each one. It was pretty tacky. At some point later he did this little dance, but we don't know how long after the school shooting segment and most people don't want to watch a full Trump speech because the sound of his voice causes peoples' brains to liquify --- "No merkins?
