It's not that I feel bad or have had any recent health problems, but there are times when I'm at home or work alone and sometimes I have those thoughts like "if you had a heart attack or stroke or something right now no one would be able to help you"

Holy shit same TC. I think about this daily. Sometimes I fear itll happen when Im not home and my dog will be stuck without food or water for an extended period of time until someone I know becomes aware that Im dead.

My dad had a heart attack pretty young and the fear of the same dominates much of what I think about when Im in solitude.

You shouldn't worry overmuch about a heart attack killing you outright, chances are you'd still be able to do something about it.
