A progressive Democratic commentator blasted the party for not doing enough before to prevent the Supreme Court from potentially striking down Roe v. Wade, saying she is done with her fellow members. Young Turks co-host Ana Kasparian on Tuesday bashed her own party after a draft opinion from the Supreme Court was leaked that indicated plans to overturn the 1973 landmark abortion ruling. If were going to sit around and wait for our elected lawmakers to protect us from these religious zealots and these right-wing authoritarians, man, we have another thing coming, said Young Turks co-host Ana Kasparian on Tuesday. How many times do we need to be disappointed by them? Im done with them. Kasparian clarified that she does not speak for everyone at the network before repeating, Im done with them. Completely. The Democratic Party, every single one of them, that includes the [Squad]. I dont care anymore, the progressive commentator continued. They have not delivered. They have not delivered. Im done. Its time to organize, create organizations that get women and get people in this country what they need, people who are willing to pick up the slack for these disgusting, feckless, corrupt politicians. Its amazing that not one Democrat has shown 1% of the passion Ana has today, her co-host Cenk Uygur asked. They dont care, theyre fine, Kasparian shouted, launching into her attack on Democrats. Theyre all so old, they dont have to worry about it affecting them and if theyre young enough where it would affect them, theyll get their abortion, okay? Theyre trading their individual stocks, enriching themselves, theyre good, she said. Theyre good. They dont care about you. Make sure you understand that you feel it in your bones. They dont care about you at all.

She blasted Democratic fundraising efforts, calling members of the party losers for not even successfully passing voting rights legislation. Kasparian specifically called out House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), saying, Hows your refrigerator doing? Hows your luxury ice cream doing, okay? Hows all that going for you? Listen, all of the bootlickers for the Democratic Party get so upset at me for telling you the truth about how ineffective and pathetic Democratic lawmakers are, she continued. Go ahead and cry about it. Oh, but the real enemies are the Republicans. At least Republicans tell us exactly who they are. They dont even hide their cards. They tell us exactly who they are and what theyre planning on doing. The progressive accused Democrats of failing to fight back against Republican policies because theyre too busy fundraising. Nancy Pelosis gonna fundraise. Chuck Schumer he cant do away with the filibuster because that would mean that hed have to apply a little bit of pressure on goons like Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin. Oh, cant do that. Cant do that, Kasparian said. She explained why she was hitting the Democratic Party so hard, saying it was because they deserve it and they deceive us, blasting the lawmakers for saying one thing and doing the opposite.

Kasparian still had faith in the Democrats? I thought TYT and the Justice Democrats plan was to takeover the Democratic Party by filling it with progressives since a third party was not viable.

She's not wrong. I mean Clyburn and Pelosi are still backing Henry Cuellar, the last anti-choice Democrat in the House, in the upcoming election.
