When I drove for uber I had to literally push my rearview to the side to keep them from blinding me if they were behind me. And I would be temporarily blinded if they were in the other flow of traffic. One time I had to actually pull over on the shoulder and allow one to pass me because it was a dark lit road that was curvy and the lights behind me were blinding me to where I couldn't see ahead of me and I didn't want to drive the whole long stretch of road without the use of my rearview. No one needs lights that bright and blinding everyone else on the road around you is a hazard.
