Amazon said Wednesday that for the first time in company history it will charge sellers a 5% fuel and inflation surcharge.

The e-commerce giant said the new fee will begin April 28 and is being imposed because inflation has worsened significantly in recent months.

I've just deleted my Amazon account. This is ridiculous. This is just going to continue to snowball and there is no end to this

Inflation just means you price your thing higher. You don't create a separate fee for it lol.

Its likely it doesn't even go up 5%, because that 5% isn't really equivalent to the cost of actually putting out the product.
