Having been to only Rome on that list, I definitely recommend there. You won't have any trouble if you only know English if you stick to the "tourist" areas, but even outside of them I did just fine with just a translator app. As far as Italy though, I highly recommend Florence if you are only going to visit one city. Rome has the more popular tourist attractions, but Florence is much more interesting. --- After 16 years, I have decided my signature will NOT be about my job! Nah, not Hawaii. Pick a Caribbean location, pay half as much, have a less corporate American experience, and give money to people who need it more via tips. The odds of getting murdered are still pretty small. :) Heck, West Africa is on your list. I'd say Japan, but they're still not letting anyone in. I've been trying to go there for a couple years with a Japanese neighbor. Sooo...I'll say one of the African locations. European tourism is too crowded. --- Pronounced "Whup-pot". Say it. Use it. ... Jamaica was my least favorite of the three, but it was still good. The Iberostar in the DR was great, although anything off-property was...an adventure.
