Don't expect a tidy conclusion, exactly, or one thats much happier than its beginning, but the succession of increasingly strange moments that lead you there is irresistible. It's these that will live on in our memory we suspect, as the games rough edges are eroded by time. yes i'm stealing this from the resetera post i found through google because no i'm not buying a magazine to see what it says myself

Norco reminds me of a handful of other works. In mood, it recalls the twinkling quietness of Ridley Scotts Blade Runner and the pulp violence of Hideo Kojimas classic 1988 adventure game Snatcher (as in those works, androids feature heavily in Norco).
