No. Thats wrong. Its a common mistake, though. Shower and grower talks about the size difference between flaccid and erect. Not the flaccid size. You can be 7 inches flaccid and be a grower if you dick grows to 12 inches erect. And a shower can have a 3 inch dick if it only goes to 3.5 inches when erect

Does flaccid size matter or only erect size?

I always assumed it didn't mean too much, except that it might get you passed over if your bulge isn't big enough but those kinds of girls are probably stupid and don't understand that flaccid size has no connection to erect size
