CoorsLight 02/14/22 4:54:30 PM #1:	If people want their big phones that's fine, but even the budget ones are huge now, and I feel like the budget tier is slowly disappearing overall. I just want my exact phone body from like 2014 but with the performance boosts that come with time. I just don't get phones I guess. Like they're this thing you basically need now but you're also supposed to buy a new one every year or two but they're priced like a desktop PC replacement but they're missing a lot of the functionality of a PC. I like smartphones enough but you probably don't really need much more than like GPS, but as long as those extraneous apps are available of course I'll use them. Even though they're slowly destroying the social fabric of humanity. FurryPhilosifer 02/14/22 4:59:55 PM #6:	I agree. My current phone is one I bought a few years ago now, the Sony Xperia ZX2 Compact. It was pretty much the only "small" phone I could find at the time. Even then it was bigger than I'd probably like. Sadly the market has spoken and small phones dont really sell well enough to be worth their development. Can't wait for the trend to cycle back to smaller = better. Go to any Apple store and they'll have all these phones laid out. People just don't buy smaller phones no matter how loudly we proclaim that they're needed. The only reason I have the S20 over the + is because I was given the choice to upgrade to one of them, and the S20 is smaller, no other reason. I really value being able to touch every part of my screen with one hand without fiddling around with the grip. A popsocket helps a bunch but it's dumb that I even need it to begin with. I hardly find myself needing a large screen on a phone. If I'm trying to watch something on a big screen, I already have my laptop or monitor for that. Trying to convince buyers to have an underpowered and smaller phone is much more difficult than convincing them that they should get a giant screen and a more responsive experience. --- I don't believe in belts. You can find a few, and Samsung honestly did a good job downsizing the base model S22 this year.
