It was always I knew someone who worked for a company that was hiring or I that in that current job market during a construction boom I was guaranteed work just from skills and experience. Even my current job I just handed em a resume and an hour later they called and hired me. And I've never even done this shit before. Also im sorta amazed they had been getting such shitty applications they hired me almost immediately even though they know how much I drink.
