Just because you saw some porn pics of ladyboys who got surgery for as cheap as possible in Southeast Asia doesn't mean that's representative of how most of them look. Also there's plenty of breakthroughs in the process itself both for form and functionality. With most of them that have been done in the past decade in the US especially, you'd not be able to tell the difference if one was right in front of you.

As said there are more risks involved when doing such things though and people should realize the risks and only blame themselves when it doesn't go their way. But if one is taking their time to pursue something meaningful I feel honesty between the two is key.

Thank you. I can't keep up with what other people consider offensive these days. I don't live on the internet and I live in a rural area. I feel people should just politely correct/educate others rather than jumping to "that's offensive" there would be less animosity I feel as some people are open minded just ignorant but when challenged will dig their heels in cause human nature dictates we don't like being wrong and especially don't like being called out on it publicly.
