I always multitask, I'm usually doing work stuff on my computer with something on the TV. We watch a lot of series, we have like 6 or 7 streaming services at this point.

I got 0. Got access to my sisters Netflix but rarely watch it. I do listen to a bunch of YouTube stuff when I'm doing shit

Over here, all of the major channels (Ten, Nine, Seven, ABC and SBS) host shows and movies on free streaming platforms. If you didn't catch Doctor Who the day it aired for example, you can jump onto the ABC iView app and watch it there.

Commercial stations like Nine and Seven air ads where the ads would go on TV, usually like four at a time. Otherwise, it's free TV and you can keep up with your media consumption.

There are a few that have free options with the ability to pay for no commercials and whatnot. Peacock is probably the most notable one.

Halo campaign is pretty awesome, I like that they added bosses and the grapple adds a new feel to everything.

Yeah it's fun ATM but I'm still on like the second mission. I tried 5 recently but it was boring me to tears. Idk what happened in the story and I'm actually rusty on the entirety of the story

I thought 4 and 5 both kinda sucked, it soured me on Halo. I played a ton of 2 and 3 online and was a big fan for a while. Infinite is making me feel better.

Amazon is making a live action Halo series, I'm skeptical but they have released some good shows so hopefully its good.

In any reasonably sized town in Australia, you will have a bar with a kitchen. Bars without kitchens are less common than bars with kitchens.

It's fallen out of fashion, but a lot of these places also have rooms to rent. Drift in, have a beer, have a meal and rent a room for the night.

I'd say like 75% here serve food in my experience, but it will vary a lot depending on region. I don't drink any more but the bar and grill in town has good food so I get takeout sometimes.

That's awesome lol, growing up my dog loved snow. She would chase next to the snowblower and try to eat the ejected snow and get drenched.

I've had this one for 5-6 years, it just plugs into the USB and sits on top of the Xbox on the non-fan side. Never had an issue, wife has a 2TB for hers too, probably 4 years, and no issues either. Cats have kicked the off the Xbox before too.

I would have rather had an internal, like the big one you could buy for the 360 that clipped to the side, but the standard hard drive space letting me only have like 7 games installed at a time wasn't cutting it. Forza alone is like 110 gigs this year.

Would be nice to be able to offer a prize, but i'm a broke student and Error told me i can't solicit funds on gamefaqs to buy a prize. I'm thinking if we get like 300 bucks together (over 40 guys thats like 8 bucks a guy) to buy a jersey or some cool shit for the winner. Maybe next year.

I have a battery backup brick that I run my computer through for work and my Xbox just because it's my primary entertainment hub, so even if we lose power, I got 5+ minutes to shut it all down and it doesn't get zapped. No idea what they cost, job provided it, it's like 60 lbs and the size of two lunch boxes.

yeah, don't be droppin mechanical drives, it'll fuck them up. I salvaged a NAS with 2x 1TB drives from an old job. Tossed it in my trunk, and that alone fucked one of the drives. Disassembled it and it was fucked up.

Yeah i think if i solicit some of the regs for $10/each, and throw it into an escrow account (i.e. don't just send ME the money, there needs to be a level of trust), we can easily get 150-200 for a prize.

but hey if i make enough money once i'm done school I'll just buy it myself, 300 is relatively nothing.
