I don't know if the same rules are elsewhere, but in Japan you have to go through seven or ten years of training before you are legally allowed to prepare it. And the chef must eat a piece off your plate at your table in front of you to prove he is confident it was prepared correctly and won't kill you. --- Now Playing: "The Hunt for the Two Missing Nintendo 64 Games" An expansion came out, but I'm still a third of the way through! ...
