Another backlog game for me. Dying to play Lightning Returns because I hear the combat is similar to Valkyrie Profile 2.

Good ending to the trilogy and cements Lightning as strongest FF Protag.

Additionally, there's an above 10 momemt. 20/10 for having super serious woman Lightning utter the words.......MEOW MEOW CHOCO CHOW.

Haven't played this one yet, but the first two votes being a 1 and 10 has me intrigued!

Story is absurd, but considering where it was coming from...from the previous two titles. I feel the absurdity of it all is to its benefit not detriment. However I totally get scoring this super low too.

Lots of things in LR were genuinely compelling. Lightning's motivation, Lumina, how everyone faces the end of the world, it was great.

I should play the XIII sequels at some point I guess

Anyways, I'll give it... 8 out of 10. It's an interesting world and how the story addresses how people are dealing with it, in particular the characters from the previous two games.

Also, terrific ending.

The argument that it and 13-2 shouldn't exist is totally legitimate, but the existence of 13-2 required LR to clean that up...
