Moral Orel was also going to be my answer. For clarification, the issue wasn't so much that the episode involved rape. The issue was more that she was sexually fantasizing about her rapist because it was the only time she'd ever had an orgasm. It was also very heavily implied that she was impregnated by her rapist and performed a coat hanger abortion.
