After all, when what is effectively a PMC can blockade an entire planet off and the Galactic Senate not only refuses to help but, even if they wanted to, lacks the capability to do so with it's only method of actual 'enforcement' being a clan of warrior monks who are not technically under their control and said PMC can even invade said planet in an attempt at a hostile take-over without serious repercussions (and even proceed to expand it's military might in fact); it's hardly a wonder the Republic fell. <cite>Unbridled9 posted [p:960683453] in Which did ...
