There have been hundreds of animated cartoon shows over the last 3 decades..americans dominate the tv market when it comes to animated tv shows..but only one of these was NOT produced by an AMERICAN company.

Let's see if anyone will guess right without cheating....

10 reminds me the most of some European cartoons I've seen with shitty animation.

As someone who is American and watches a lot of cartoons, I was able to recognize about half of these shows.

#1 is Ickis from Aaaah! Real Monsters, produced by Klasky Csupo for Nickelodeon, being the 5th Nicktoon.

#2 is a screencap of Oso and Dottie from Special Agent OSO, produced by Disney Television Animation for Playhouse Disney/Disney Junior.

#4 is Two Stupid Dogs, produced by Hannah Barbara I think. I never watched the show so I could be wrong.

#5 is a screencap of Justin, Squidgy and Olive from the Canadian TV show Justin Time. This is presumably the correct answer. I remember watching this show on Sprout many years back. I never liked it but I guess I still remember it. lol

#6 is a picture of Kelly from Bobbys World, which aired on Fox Kids.

#7 is Eek! the Cat, which also aired on Fox Kids. It was partially/co-produced by Nelvana, and therefore could also be considered a correct answer.

I do not recognize #3, #8, #9, or #10.

10 seems vaguely familiar to me
