The stadium is such that he is blocking the view of half the court for the entire section by standing and leaning against the railing. Everyone is screaming at him to sit down but he cannot hear them, and there is no way to actually walk down to his row. You throw an empty water bottle lightly at his back to grab his attention. Man is enraged and wants you thrown out, but it has done its job. He sits down and the rest of the section is able to actually watch the game.
