"It feels like 60fps"

When asked about why the game would be running at 30FPS when all the previous iterations of that same series ran at 60.

Also part of the problem was that they intentionally hyped up the event they were going to unveil it at for like a month. A website with a big diabolo logo and countdown, verbage like "the next evolution in the Diablo series" and things like that. People flew into blizzcon just for that reviel, etc.
If they had outright said it was going to be for mobile or just not hyped it for ages ahead of time the reaction would have been fine.

The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.
As for cost, we selected initial values based upon data from the Open Beta and other adjustments made to milestone rewards before launch. Among other things, we're looking at average per-player credit earn rates on a daily basis, and we'll be making constant adjustments to ensure that players have challenges that are compelling, rewarding, and of course attainable via gameplay.

Now Steam games are the same price as physical versions of games, except they never go on sale for the same price. Never get a price reduction either outside of the usual curated sales.
