The last of the beef and broccoli I made on Tuesday, with a cucumber salad. Tomorrow is chicken tagine with apricots and almonds, which should last for ~4 days. After that, meatloaf.

I'll be doing kung pao tomorrow as well as tonight, then yellow curry with tofu and veggies over brown rice the next two nights after that, and then turkey chili and cornbread muffins starting on Wednesday with a break on Thanksgiving before I have leftover chili and cornbread the next couple days after that. --- ... Made a batch fried rice. Should last up until a few day before Thanksgiving give or take a day or two. Then day before prep dishes which is practically a meal in itself of tasting, Thanksgiving, couple of days afterwords. Should be a glorious time.
