Tomorrow is chicken tagine with apricots and almonds, which should last for ~4 days. After that, meatloaf. Neat. I'll be doing kung pao tomorrow as well as tonight, then yellow curry with tofu and veggies over brown rice the next two nights after that, and then turkey chili and cornbread muffins starting on Wednesday with a break on Thanksgiving before I have leftover chili and cornbread the next couple days after that. --- ...
