Bears waste their second timeout on a stopped clock before taking a false start and subsequently failing on 4th down. The wasted timeout makes sure they can't get the ball back.

Can basically guarantee Burrows will stink it up today. I've had Burrows and Cousins as my QBs in fantasy all year and I haven't picked the correct one to play all season. So with Cousins hitting, Burrows gonna miss.
